
5paisa Capital Limited has approved raising up to ₹475 crore through a rights issue of fully paid-up equity shares, according to a filing dated February 24, 2026. The board cleared the issuance of equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each to eligible shareholders as on the record date, which will be announced later. The total issue size will not exceed ₹4,750 million (₹475 crore), subject to regulatory approvals and in compliance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.

The company onboarded 0.78 lakh new clients during the quarter, taking the total number of registered customers to 50.8 lakh.
