While these SMEs demonstrate strong fundamentals, they face execution risks and higher volatility compared to established players. According to The Financial Express, SME stocks carry lower liquidity and potentially sharper share-price movements. The companies' smaller scale brings execution, liquidity and customer concentration risks despite their specialized capabilities. Investors must assess whether these SMEs can sustain growth while protecting margins and generating healthy cash flows, as capacity expansion and rising demand offer opportunities but execution risks remain significant. Recent performance data shows Alphalogic's share price up 10.8% in the past year, while Msafe's revenue grew 45.1% YoY with net profit increasing 72.3%.
