Key focus will remain on Suzlon Energy, which is a leading renewable energy solutions provider, alongside other notable firms including RVNL, Pine Labs, NBCC (India) Ltd, and ONGC.
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) is set to announce its Q4FY26 results this week, with a Board of Directors meeting scheduled on May 26 to consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Maharatna company will also consider recommendations for a final dividend for FY26. An earnings call with investors and analysts is scheduled for May 27 at 11 a.m., with trading window closure from April 1 to May 28 in compliance with SEBI rules.
Suzlon Energy demonstrated exceptional performance in Q3FY26, with consolidated revenue from operations rising to ₹4,228 crore from ₹2,969 crore a year ago. As reported by NDTV Profit, Ebitda increased to ₹739 crore from ₹500 crore, while margin improved to 17.5% from 16.8%. Net profit after tax stood at ₹445 crore against ₹388 crore during the same quarter last year. The company's total order book touched an all-time high of 6.4 GW in Q3FY26, with 2.4 GW projects under execution. This time, investors will be closely looking at the order book execution pace and margin sustainability, among other things.
Pine Labs posted impressive results in Q3FY26, with consolidated revenue from operations jumping 24% YoY to ₹744 crore. According to NDTV Profit, adjusted Ebitda stood at ₹171 crore, making a 59% YoY jump, with margins expanding to 23% from 18%. The fintech player moved from a loss of ₹57 crore in Q3FY25 to a profit of ₹42 crore in Q3FY26. Platform GTV grew 29% YoY to ₹4.5 lakh crore with highest ever quarterly volumes. Fintech player Pine Labs will be reporting its quarterly performance for the third time after being listed last November.
NBCC (India) Limited posted revenue from operations of ₹2,088 crore in Q3FY26, up 2.8% YoY from ₹2,030 crore in Q3FY25. As reported by NDTV Profit, PAT jumped 53% YoY to ₹197 crore from ₹128 crore. However, Ebitda declined to ₹112 crore from ₹115 crore, with margins compressing to 5.38% from 5.65% in Q3FY25. The company is a Government of India Navratna Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
Other companies announcing Q4FY26 results include Hitachi Energy India, Container Corporation of India, and Amara Raja Energy & Mobility.
