For the quarter-ending June 2026, Union Bank of India reported consolidated revenue of ₹27,427 crore, representing a marginal decrease of 0.17% compared to ₹27,474 crore in the quarter-ending June 2025. However, consolidated net profit surged significantly by 29.77% to ₹5,368 crore from ₹4,136 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, comparing to 2022, revenue grew significantly from ₹68,229 crore to ₹106,798 crore in 2026, an increase of 56.53%. Net profit surged from ₹5,209 crore in 2022 to ₹18,781 crore in 2026, marking an increase of approximately 260.58%. EPS also demonstrated robust growth over these years, reaching ₹25.45 in 2026 from ₹7.77 in 2022.
As of March 2026, the bank's total assets grew to ₹1,587,502 crore from ₹1,193,765 crore in March 2022, marking an increase of 33.00% over the four-year period. Deposits also increased substantially, from ₹1,034,367 crore in March 2022 to ₹1,309,758 crore in March 2026, an increase of 26.62%. Loans and advances saw consistent growth, rising from ₹663,355 crore in March 2022 to ₹1,057,187 crore in March 2026, a growth of 59.39%.
Key financial ratios for Union Bank of India show significant improvement in asset quality. Gross Non-Performing Assets (NPA) showed a positive trend, significantly decreasing from 11.00% in March 2022 to 2.82% in March 2026, representing a reduction of 74.36%. Similarly, Net NPA significantly reduced from 3.68% in March 2022 to 0.48% in March 2026, a decrease of 86.95%, reflecting improved asset quality.
