According to reports from Moneycontrol, the stock's ex-date for this dividend is set for tomorrow, July 17, 2026, with the payment date also scheduled for July 17, 2026. This dividend declaration provides a direct benefit to shareholders, offering a yield of approximately 0.79% based on the current market price of ₹189.21. Investors holding shares of Suryoday Small Finance Bank by the close of today will be eligible for this payout.
The bank reported a standalone net profit of ₹152 crore for fiscal year 2026, marking a significant increase of 32.17% compared to ₹115 crore in the previous fiscal year March 2025. As reported by Moneycontrol, this growth was underpinned by a healthy rise in total income, which stood at ₹2,519 crore for March 2026, an 16.03% increase from ₹2,171 crore reported in March 2025. The basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) also improved substantially to ₹14.30 in March 2026 from ₹10.82 in March 2025, indicating enhanced profitability per share.
The bank demonstrated significant improvement in asset quality metrics. According to reports from Moneycontrol, the Gross Non-Performing Assets (NPA) ratio decreased to 6.55% in March 2026 from 7.16% in March 2025, while the Net NPA ratio also saw a positive trend, declining to 4.21% from 4.58% over the same period. This signaling better management of its loan portfolio and effective risk management practices.
The bank's balance sheet reflects healthy growth in key areas. As reported by Moneycontrol, deposits surged to ₹13,994 crore in March 2026 from ₹10,579 crore in March 2025, while loans and advances grew to ₹12,878 crore from ₹9,974 crore during the same period. The Capital Adequacy Ratio was maintained at 20% in March 2026, ensuring the bank remains well-capitalized and well-positioned for future growth.
